Is there any perfect workout for your heart?

I lift weights to become stronger.
I push myself and I sweat.
I run fast to improve my endurance.
I push myself and I sweat.

I choose the heaviest weights.
I run as far as I can.

But the world is never big enough, even though it's all too big.

My heart rate is still the same.

Whatever I do.
Wherever I go.
